We are in Sandbox mode now and we added createdSubAccount APIs. After adding 5 account my subaccount screen is only loading. Nothing happened. Flutterwave team didn't support the event Chat option or website is also not working. Now I am in died situation what to do??? Better to leave Flutterwave and go with another payment provider. Flutterwave team needs to have one support channel.

Been able to test integrated the Android SDK (RaveUiManager). On some handsets the OTP popup is consistent (Mobile Money Uganda). But on other handsets it consistently does not pop up. Does it depend on the android version of the customers device? or what could be the problem?

Hello, I request that you remove the OTP stage in mobile money payments. Mobile money payments already require the user to manually enter the correct PIN on his phone, unlike card payments. Also reputabe services like Google payments do not have this step. Lastly, many of our clients get confused at this stage. Honeslty i do not think it actually offers any real security benefits, yet it significantly affects the payment process of clients in a negative way

I have configured a webhook callback on my dashboard in sandbox mode. The webhook does get called, but it provides no transaction information. This makes the webhook invocation useless as it provides no indication of what action our system should perform when it happens. It does indicates something happened, but we have no idea what. So we can not take the appropriate action. A webhook like: http://mysystem.com/payment_callback.php?boxlunch=flutter results in a GET operation to the exact same url with no additional information. Note that the "lunchbox" parameter is mandatory for our system framework to determine which payment gateway is calling. I expected that as a minimum either the tx_ref or the transaction_id and a status code would be provided as additional url parameters. And the secret hash value should also be provided. I could not find any documentation on the webhook operation.

It is unable to withdraw money from virtual card or pay using a card. I tried a lot of cards on few account. Issue is the same. Your support on facebook/live chat is a joke, this people can't understand existing issue. I dont know who works for you but this people aren't too clever.

Hello, we are still getting the message "MOMO Approval required. Please contact support" whenever someone tries to pay using mobile money. We have already contacted support about this when it first occured and they told us that they enabled it. However, we still get the message every time.

Hello, Mobile payments have been working only requiring client pin to approve payment. Recently i get the SMS "Verifivation Code to complete your payment on MOMO Verification Auth" How is this new workflow supposed to be?
