Hello Team, My account was still in review since 7 days, My Settlements are not going cleared, I have 200+$ Available balance but showing 0.00, thats completely bad, my business was facing loss, business was paused since 7 days. your compliance team was nothing doing I submitted all the docs, but still they saying for feedback will be share soon, that completely unprofessional, I need to active my account immediately. That really too much. My Query was dealing by "Chiamaka" but he still not solve my issue since 7 days, looks like your service are going day to day worst. Hello, please I will like to know how to implement a recurring payment for my customers on my app, after the first successful charge and the callback data returned is successful, what do I need to capture in order to make future payments without having the customer enter card details again. An example would be like, I used uber for the first time to book a ride and entered my card details, and after the first ride, I decide to book another ride, I don't have to enter my card details again, it charge me on the second ride without my involvement in the transaction process. Dear team, wish a good day for you i have a question my balance is still in LEDGER BALANCE from long time and i am new user for your service i want to know why my money didn`t change to available balance and i want to know full details about this is that a problem or that is normal coz i am using paypal and i got 70$ and i already have it now in my bank account i will attach pictures and i want plz to answer me about that & yeah it happen on live and it is already take money from my customers why you don`t answer me on email ???? and also in ask question ?

Hi, I have enabled webhooks for my website. While doing payments from flutterwave api is working fine but we are not getting any response on webhook end. Due to which all the orders on our store going failed. About one month ago, webhooks working fine but now, it is not working. I have also checked webhook url several times. I have followed this webhook guide https://developer.flutterwave.com/v2.0/docs/events-webhooks. Please let me know. What is going wrong. am i doing anything wrong? Thanks

I'm Kelvin Wilson, I had a complaint which I sent to your customer support email address yesterday, and till date I haven't received any reply back nor reasons as to why my funds are held in ledger for days (past due date) since you've already deducted agreed processing fees. This is not fair. I just don't understand and the fact that I'm not receiving any feedback from your customer deck is very frustrating I even had to reach out to you on social media but still, none of your support minds me. I received payment of GHS800 from mtn mobile money via a single payment link last Thursday at 11:40 pm. My account is set to automatically pay into my linked UBA bank account. It appears payment is successfully received into flutterwave until now and I just checked if the settlement was made in my bank account but it reads "FAILED" I need the funds sent to my linked account, please. I already tried this method weeks ago with small funds just to test out the system for the first time and I decided to try again with the GHS800 and this failed. I need help with this, please.
